Capital One Cafe

Capital One wanted to leverage the interactive screens found in their cafes to further the financial knowledge of cafe goers. We were given the challenge to create different games and experiences in order to get users to interact with these screens. Besides designing for a multitude of screen sizes I have never thought through before, the biggest challenge was how to entice someone in a coffee shop to go up to these screens and actually interact.

Human Computer Interaction Flow

Capital One Cafes have 'ambassadors' available to speak with regarding financial questions. The diagram above displays my thought process on how we can leverage the ambassadors in order to create more interaction with the displays, along with human to human interaction in the end.
